Clients remain responsible for their own compliance obligations, professional decisions, clinical care, licensing, and regulatory requirements applicable to their organization.

4. Billing and Payment
Fees for services will be established according to the applicable agreement between Velzora RCM and the client.

Final decisions regarding claims, enrollment, credentialing, reimbursement, and payer participation are made by the applicable payer or regulatory organization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velzora RCM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
